박 원내대표는 “도이치모터스 주가조작 사건 1심 판결문에 김건희 여사의 이름이 37번, 김 여사의 어머니 최은순 씨 이름이 27번 언급되는데 검찰은 단 한 차례 소환 조사도 하지 않았다”면서 “공범 의혹이 제기된지 1년 넘도록 서면 조사조차 없었다”고 지적했다.

이어 “재판부는 사건 판결문에서 총책이 바뀌는 시점에 따라 범행을 1,2단계 구분하면서 1, 2단계 모두 동원된 계좌는 김건희·최은순 명의 계좌가 유일하다고 적시했고 공소시효 지났다는 1단계 제외하고도 김건희 여사의 계좌 3개가 유죄로 본 주가조작 거래에 48건에 쓰였다”면서 “하지만 검찰은 1심 판결에 대해 지금껏 항소하겠다는 입장 표명조차 없다”고 덧붙였다.

박 원내대표는 “정의당은 그동안 검찰 수사를 촉구하며 김건희 특검에 신중론을 폈지만 우리 국민이 분명히 확인한 것은 재판 결과가 나오기까지 아니 재판 결과가 나온 이 순간까지도 검찰은 진상 규명이 아닌 진실 은폐에만 애쓰고 있다는 점”이라고 말했다.
